A user must be a member of FCL and fill out a registration form in order to gain access to certain pages on this web site. Users wanting information on how to become a member of FCL may contact us. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as a user name and e-mail address). Since this information is used to verify that the user is a member of FCL, registrants must use their real name as a user name, otherwise, registration may be delayed. Other information (such as date of birth or gender) may also be collected to help tailor the information on this site to the particular user.

Financial Transactions

FCL uses a third party intermediary (PayPal) to perform financial transaction processing for online donations and offerings. Any financial information provided (such as credit card or bank account information) will be available to and used by PayPal only, in order to process the transaction. Personal financial information gathered by the third party may be reused only if a recurring payment is set up. Apart from your name and a notification of your giving, FCL will have no access to your financial information.

If the user is registered, the cookie will contain the user’s username so that the web site will recognize the user on subsequent visits.
